(1) The scale of large-diameter bent pipe processing is strictly implemented according to the requirements, which is beneficial for the following operations. Mainly because the shape of large-diameter bent pipes is very common, which other pipe fittings do not have. We can start from small details, such as car longitudinal beams, cover up parts, etc., coupled with the cold deformation hardening effect of materials during stamping, the strength and stiffness of stamping are both high.
 
(2) When stamping large diameter bends, because the die ensures the size and shape accuracy of the stamping part, and generally does not damage the appearance quality of the stamping part, the medium frequency bending amount, and the life of the die is generally long, the stamping quality is stable, the interchangeability is good, and has the characteristics of "identical".

Precautions for the use of large-diameter bent pipes:
 
1. When a large-diameter bent pipe is bent, the outer arm wall of the neutral layer of the pipe is subjected to tensile stress under the effect of external force distance M, resulting in thinning, and the inner side is subjected to compressive stress. The effect thickens, and the combined forces N1 and N2 cause a change in the cross-section of the tube. Based on this factor, the main reason for the decrease in the quality of bent pipes is RX and SX. Therefore, GBJ235-82 specifies the RX values under various pressure conditions and the thinning amount on the outer side, in order to control the values of RX and SX and ensure quality.
 
2. When making large-diameter bent pipes, the bending material is subjected to tension on the outer side and compression on the inner side, and the position of the neutral axis is different from the bending method. In the top bending (compression bending) work, the neutral axis is about 1/3 away from the outer wall, and in the rotary bending (return bending) work, the neutral axis is about 2/3 away from the outer wall. Therefore, it is beneficial to use the rotary bending method when bending thin-walled pipelines.
 
3. The bending accuracy of large-diameter bent pipes is also one of the factors affecting the quality of bent pipes. When we produce bent tires, in addition to the specification requirements for handling at a certain scale, we also require users to choose the corresponding bent tire according to the bending pipe diameter during use.
