1. Hot bend pipe

 

Hot bending pipe, also known as medium frequency bending pipe, belongs to the production process of thermal expansion.

After the straight pipe is cut, a induction ring is placed on the part of the steel pipe to be bent by a bending machine. The pipe head is held by a mechanical arm, and a medium frequency current is passed through the induction ring to heat the steel pipe. When the temperature of the steel pipe rises to the plastic state, mechanical thrust is used to push and bend it at the rear end of the steel pipe. The bent steel pipe is quickly cooled with coolant, and the bent pipe is continuously bent while heating, pushing, bending, and cooling.

 

Hot bending pipes are primarily used in the construction of curved steel structures, tunnel supports, roof beams, subway engineering, aluminum doors and windows, ceilings, cylindrical inner frames, balcony handrails, shower doors, production line tracks, fitness equipment, and other professions.

 

2. Cold bending pipe

Cold bending pipe is a method of twisting and bending at room temperature without heating or changing the material structure.

 

The purpose and effect of bending pipes:

 

1. In various pipelines, it is inevitable to use various bends, such as ship pipelines, car oil pipes, and other pipelines. Compared to other types of bends, curved pipes have many advantages. Firstly, various materials flow smoothly at the curved pipe, and the impact force on the pipe wall is small and uniform; Secondly, the curved pipe has low stress concentration, high strength, and strong impact resistance;

3. Air conditioning refrigeration pipes are mostly bent pipes, small U-shaped pipes, return bends, and so on;
