Shanghai Diyi Pipe Bending Co., Ltd. is a medium-sized enterprise specializing in the research of profile stretch bending, medium-frequency hot bending, core-pulling pipe bending and other processes, and the production of various metal profile bending products.

At present, the company has directly invested in setting up factories and offices in Shanghai (Pudong, Baoshan, Fengxian), Anhui and Shandong, specializing in undertaking various profile bending, processing of supplied materials and processing on order. When the quantity is large, it can operate mobile throughout the country. Currently, the cross-section of the profile that can be processed is 6MM-2000MM. The company has two large remote-controlled bending machines with a maximum pipe diameter of 2 meters, and the maximum thrust is 2000T and 1500T, 8 large hydraulic bending machines (maximum processing section 600mm), 630kw and 200kw medium-frequency hot bending machines, which can hot bend large round pipes below φ1 meter, and 1 89-type fully automatic pipe bending machine. We have 7 CNC pipe bending machines with mandrels, 2 pipe end forming machines, 2 three-roller profile bending machines, 1 seven-roller profile bending machine, 2 metal pipe circular saws, and 1 80-type automatic pipe shrinking machine. We have a variety of bending equipment with neat processing surfaces in the industry. Our pipe bending products are widely distributed in shipbuilding, automobile, boiler, petrochemical, furniture, machinery manufacturing, decoration, metal structure, curtain wall decoration and other industries.

Minimum radius: 1.2D or more if material mechanics permits.

Curved shapes: standard arc, elliptical arc, non-standard arc, U-shape, S-shape, symmetrical and asymmetrical shapes, ribbon shape, bird's nest shape.

Quality after bending: All kinds of profiles can be formed at one time, such as spraying, polishing, electroplating, electrophoresis, brushing, mirror, etc. All surface-treated materials can be processed without damage or deformation.
